I recently moved from the woods of Alabama to the city of St. Louis, Mo. The materials for this installation were collected from three locations, the woods around my home in Alabama, my home in the city of St. Louis, and my paternal home of Idaho. We (my husband and I) always say the longer we are away from Idaho, the more we feel we are from there. I am constantly searching for the horizon.
